The law of supply and demand dictates prices could be much higher than original. Not sure how big the supply is but there sure seems to be high demand.

Any chance we could do a GoFundMe? I understand it would be a lot of logistics to sort through and it would have to be someone that could store the items and ship them out. Probably not realistic...

Oh no here we go :locked:

Also, just pointing out for those who are coming in to the party late, the admins on here have already said no GB to be conducted on TW. Too much liability if (when) it goes sideways

It’s the property owner, pelfrey abandoned the warehouse. He wants it cleaned out and empty.

Unfortunately that's not going to happen. It's expensive to run these auctions. The point is to get it all out of there quickly so they can move on. That's how all industrial auctions go.

Well I'm putting it out there that I am willing to help figure out and configure a way to get this lot. Located in Los Angeles.

Don't know California law and am no attorney, but as a commercial lender for a couple decades I'd have concerns of a lender coming back to haunt the deal if they properly perfected a lien on materials/inventory. My experience is warehousemans lien has priority over a perfected lender's claim, but only up to the amount of the delinquent rent/cost of property restoration and (maybe) collection.

Hope the auction folks have done their due diligence.

Moving, storage, inventory, reselling... It's a lot of work but I see dollar signs if someone is really going to put in that effort. It's really a business venture that is suited for someone who already has the infrastructure to handle it. Plus I imagine they're all left in various states of completion, and I'm not sure how many of you are competent fabricators on an industrial scale.

BUT I'll totally spend a weekend helping you move the parts to your garage in exchange for a set of front/rear bumpers. :santa: Pelfreybilt was always on my shortlist. I'm partial to aluminum for the front.
