Can't speak for Pilfrey, but the Demello doesn't hinder the light pattern. Also found that to remove the headlight housing, you have to at least loosen the bumper to get the clearance.

Sounds funny but does anyone have a walk around video of their full hoop Demello to see it from all angles? I wish I could see one in person but this would be the next best thing.

We can get you that video. Let me see what we have in stock today. We may not have a Tacoma bumper but they are built the same with the same basic layout, just different dimensions.

That’s a work of art! Now any updates on an optional light bar slot in place of your logo? :D

It's on my long list of things todo right now:) Rear tacoma bumpers, 4runner rears and roof rack are kinda taking up a lot of time now though

While you have your list out, can you add an option for a 2" front hitch receiver. I would rather have winch mounted to hitch that I can store in bed when not in use. Could also use the front hitch for bike rack.... though I suspect I am only in the small minority who would want it...
    :)

I love them both but i wouldn't have minded a light bar place in the front. Now I'm looking for rear with spare tire mount swing out.

We've done a couple like this as a custom request. It's time consuming for us to modify the bumper and ends up being costly for those that want it. BUT we can do it. We need to know where you want the hitch mounted below the winch plate or on it. BUT below it may require a receiver extension. On the winch plate requires one with small hands to put the pin in though.

    Thanks for the feedback...
And the insight on the complications when tweaking :)

What would be approx. price for below winch mount?
I would strongly prefer to have 100# less up front full-time...

I think it's a 300.00 up charge for it. I've heard the argument of 100lbs less but honestly with decent suspension you don't even notice it up there. A good synthetic rope winch with lights and everything on the bumper is maybe 75lbs. We also keep our winches pushed back as close to the radiator as possible to help keep the weight over the axles. i've thought too about making a removable one but I really don;t want to deal with a heavy 75lb anchor floating around the car.
