Pelican 1750 rifle case, tan, ready to mount.

I have a 1750 I no longer need. Mounted to prinsu type rack for about 8 months. Mounted via 1/4x20 carriage bolts.

I can include the foam. It’s cut for an AR, 870 and Pistol. Plus some mag slots. I used it for tools mostly on the truck.

How did you mount it to the roof rack? With the bolts? I’m doing something similar and have the exact same case. Not a huge fan of drilling through it and would prefer an option which doesn’t make a hole in the pelican case if at all possible.

 

Unfortunately, yes I drilled 4 holes in the case. I didn’t mind though. I sealed it with some rubber fender washers and called it good. They’re staying on the truck as storage so it didn’t really bother me.
