Has some glue remains from previous foam. Didn't affect the capacity. Has the option to mount wheels and a drag handle. Hinges, latches, automatic pressure relief valve and gasket all in perfect condition. Has one "SCS" sticker on the lid that would be easily removed. Demensions: H= 19 1/2", W= 20 1/2", D= 11 1/2", these demensions clear the handles. Asking $100/OBO, local pick up only in Dallas
