i was joking everybody got all touchy an shit. my little sister goes there so i have been now updated on the situation and heard first hand accounts of what is going on and it seems blown out of proprtion.

on a side note it seems like the old man could have did more to bring the situation to light but, he is old as fuck give him a break i guess he has been apparently doing good for so many people over such a storied career just be be shit canned because his supiriors didn't act in the corect fashion?

I couldn't understand much of anything else you stated, but even if your sister worked for Paterno, you are not hearing about this first hand. She's likely hearing about stuff second or third hand and then it trickles down to you.

There is going to be some fraction of any student population that are bad apples and would do that at any school, including where you went to college. Please do not generalize the overall student body based on the actions of a small percentage.

while i don't follow sports at all. paterno has done a lot of good over his career for a lot of people now he is in the winter of his life and they fire him because the person he reported the situation to did not take the appropriate actions.

that seems blown out of proportion to me as does this entire thread. why can't people have a discussion with out all the name calling i mean we are all adults here correct.

Put em all in jail. They had knowledge of someone molested young kids. Put them away. To me it does not matter that he told people. He should have called 911, and whoever that Police person was at the school should go to jail as well. I don't care how many season's he has been there, or what legacy he will leave. The only legacy he is leaving now is that he had knowledge of some piece of shit raping kids, and just enjoyed getting his 1,000,000 plus salary.
