I will agree with that in the legal sense.

Morally I think JP is a horrible man and deserves to burn in hell. The report I heard stated he was told that the coach was raping a 10yo boy up the ass in a PSU shower. Think I might have taken that a little more seriously and followed up on the incident, but after all it's all about football so who cares as long as they are winning and the money is pouring in.

Personally if I had my way every pedophile would get shot in the head or stoned to death by their victims. After all they have a 95% recidivism rate so no need to release them after they have been "rehabilitated" in jail.

Nooooo!!! Read the story. HE didn't one of his staff members did. He informed the proper people, and swept it under the rug.

 

Speculation. That is what I see here. Speculation that Paterno swept things under the rug. All that is known is that he told the appropriate people, we do not have the whole story on this and some of you are wishing him to burn in hell? Try not listening to the media so much and wait for some facts.
