I came across with this 4th Gen Ford F350 on the backlot at CarShop. The previous owner seems to have gone for a vintage look on the paint, and I’m thinking that’s one of the reasons this truck didn’t end up on the lot. It also has some damage (albeit minor), and it probably has over 100K, which is high for a vehicle no older than 2017…

I like the 2 tone, but I am old.

A few years back one of the local GM dealers in my area, probably others as well, had new trucks done up like this Ford in older style paint. They looked OK. I imagine Ford went through a similar phase. Tailgate paint needs to match sides though IMO.

I’ve seen single cab pickups at this dealership before; it’s a CarMax-type place…

Sure but a lot of people might pass just for that reason, especailly if they have youngsters.

Funny how the truck market has totally changed over the years. When I was a teenager everyone had a regular cab truck. The family car was for getting around and the truck was there to work or make money.

True, because it was cheaper to do so..and the larger cabs weren't as common before trucks were seen as more than just for working or tricking out with hydralics and such.
