Congrats! Now would be the time for water pump and any upgrades. Minimal labor charges.
Enjoy the holy hell out of the rental!

You are missing key words in the Service document......

    "Submitted pictures waiting for approval"

The eggs have been laid, now just waiting for the hatching. Don't count the chickens before they hatch.

Basically anything on your vehicle that's difficult to access or has to come off anyway, it would be a great time to do it with the frame off. Mine was years ago but they asked a few questions about things I might want to replace. Can't recall all but someone smarter than me can certainly answer. Not necessarily your water pump

You are not getting a new frame - yet. The dealer has submitted pictures to Toyota with a request that the frame be replaced. Toyota can still say no. As I've said before, your frame looks fine to me. My guess is that your dealer is just covering their butt. And yes, I can be wrong.

Looks like good news all the way around! Glad you got that knob replaced and caught that frame in the nick of time!
Now the truck's going to last you another decade at least.

You're going to be so happy with your new truck ;)
Needle bearing, shocks, also did my stabilizer bar links. Truck is smoother than the day it was born.
Not a bad time to do water pump, belt (tensioners) and hoses
