    Good point...

Obviously, the damage to mine was nowhere near as severe, but my truck succeeded in totaling a drunk driver's Mercedes!

I understand how the systems of a vehicle work...

Just forgot you effectively have no radiator!

No vehicle has technically had "Freon" since 1994. Your Taco had R134a refrigerant.

Have you ever experienced the A/C in a vehicle with R-12?

I met a guy who substituted propane in his 1992 Dodge Dakota when he couldn't get R-12.

The A/C in my Taco works better than the A/C some of the new vehicles I detail...

It may not be as powerful in some cases, but it is definitely colder!

    Because it's like a drop-in replacement, and it's colder...

Though to be fair, some R134a systems are pretty fucking good. The A/C in my mom's 2004 Honda Odyssey was finger-numbingly cold. The A/C in my dad's 2002 BMW 3-series good, as was the A/C in his 1996 Nissan Pathfinder and his 2003 Honda S2000.

You know the car manufacturer with the best and coldest AC? Ford.

I've tried GM, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover, and Audi... None have been colder than the AC in Ford vehicles.

Since this is supposed to be a thread about growing up with Aspergers Syndrome, here's a story...

This one time when I was in kindergarten (1994-1995 or so), the class was coloring. I was looking for a specific color of crayon (a dark color), so I started "testing" numerous crayons on the supply shelf. My teacher saw this and absolutely flipped out at me for coloring on something other than paper.
