Does it do this outside of Carlisle or is this a one time thing inside of Carlisle?

I don't think it's done anything like this before. Back in 2014, some sort of sensor went bad and I was having trouble simply moving the gear selector from park to drive, etc. The dealer replaced this for like $120, which I thought was a fair deal considering that stealerships usually rake their customers over the coals...

In many states, the owner of a vehicle can be liable even though they had no actual involvement in the accident. The flip side is that in many of these states, the owners liability is also capped at the state minimums, i.e. they have no personal exposure. The driver, on the other hand, has no such cap. Their liability is as high as a jury will award.

Thanks, but I was third of three, nad the judge basically told me that I have to fix all the dents and scratches to have a better chance...

He actually recommended I get the scratches out of my bed! It's a daily driven pickup truck, for crying out loud!

So I’m not crazy? I actually talked to the judge in my class and he said I lost points for my dashcam wife’s being visible. The scratches in the bed were a rather obnoxious thing to point out...

Last time I checked trucks were supposed to have dents and scratches. I’m not getting mine judged next year!

What didn’t you like about the judges, specifically?

Also, the imports need their own classes. Nissans and Toyotas should not be in the same class, for starters. Full-size trucks should not be in the same class as smaller trucks.

Also, do you realize that with the way the current import classes are set up, it is possible for either one of us to lose to a Honda Ridgline?!?!

Tacomas should have two classes of their own, stock and custom. If these classes prove popular, then divide them into stock 4x4 and stock 2WD, custom 4x4 and custom 2WD...

Just do non-judged! I wonder if these twatwaffles were the same ones who chose that goddamn Saab 9-7X over my truck in 2017?!?!

I absolutely LOATHE the unconstitutional roadblocks known as DUI checkpoints, I am tempted to drive through one blasting one of the following songs:

    "Tequila" by The Champs

"Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo" by Tracy Byrd

"I Love This Bar" by Toby Keith

Why? I have a powerful (Translation: Loud and bassy) stereo system in my truck, and I see it as a way of being obnoxious without risking getting in trouble!

Also, one thing I cannot stand is when I'm stuck in traffic and some shithead is blasting some awful hip hop song with the bass cranked; I have been through one DUI checkpoint with the classic rock cranked and had no issues (though this was with the Pioneer component system and no sub or external amp). If the LEOs don't want people entertaining themselves by cranking their sound systems, then they should move the line faster!

Why do I hate DUI checkpoints?

First and foremost, I believe they are unconstitutional and a violation of the 4th amendment (unreasonable search and seizure).

I do not like dealing with the police. It's bad enough on the rare occasion that I do something wrong and get pulled over (which as happened 3 times in the 8 years I've had my license); Why should I be forced to interact with them when I've done nothing wrong.

I believe that police resources could be put to a more productive use.

I don't care if it's a DUI checkpoint, a car accident, or a tree across the road. I am NEVER happy when my drive home from work is disrupted needlessly.

That final part is totally an Asperger's thing. People on the autism spectrum do not like having their normal routines disrupted!

I’ve noticed that some newer and more expensive vehicles are actually courteous enough to tell you which tire has an issue, but not my old Taco...

Ever since I got my new Cooper Discoverer AT3s last March, my TPMS light has intermittently come on. It would almost always blink for several minutes, stay on for several more minutes, and then shut off.

This morning when I started the truck to go to a car show, the light was steady and has been on all day. All of my tires seem to be holding air, though a couple years ago I unknowingly drove around with a nail in my tire for almost over a week. The tire had a slow leak and filling it with air would fix it for a day or two.

Luckily, my mechanic will replace the sensor for like fifty bucks (versus over $200 the stealership).

What do the people of TW think the problem could be? I’m thinking the TPMS sensor finally went bad...

Buy Techstream and put it on a laptop. You can check the functionality of the sensors, program new sensors, and much more.

that will keep light on all the time....sensors communicate with truck, hence removing them will not fix dash light.

there is a tpms reset button you push after filing the air up to turn it off....as long as all all tires are up to about 32-35 psi you should be fine
