What's wrong with a properly installed nitrous system? People have been running them for decades. I've had a few vehicles with them.. never had an issue.

Only issue I can see is the addiction to it.. because your Tacoma will be blasting down the road as fast as a Corolla S.

 

For 900 pounds of chedda, you can "fix" your truck.

 

I don't need to fix my truck...

It probably could benefit from a numerically higher final drive ratio, but that's about it.

 

Nitrous will help with that.

 

I've made it over 104K miles without issue and I would like to keep it that way...

You need to be careful with NOS, a hundred shot of NOS could blow the welds on the intake!

Nothing wrong with Nitrous !!!!! , both the Toyota 4 cyl and V6 both have a Forged rotating assembly including pistons

3 drag runs at 30 seconds a bottle,

get a turbo or supercharger

 

Never bottle feed an engine if it has hypereutectic " glass " pistons

 

I bet these trucks have NOS.
