    Actually it wasn’t that specific episode, but rather one where he’d already gotten the sex change and a guy falls for him thinking he’s a woman; It’s the one where Cartman freezes himself in the snow because he gets impatient waiting for the release of the then-new Nintendo Wii (the episode is from like 2007), only to get dug up and revived like 500 years later. Garrison’s hideous titties can actually be seen in all their naked glory in that episode...
