Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
If your drums are aftermarket that may be the issue. I kept dealing with it on my corolla but it drove me nuts so I finally bought Toyota drums. Noise never came back.

Not clear from the above statements if the noise is constant or just initially upon braking. I'd pull the drums, pry the brake shoes slightly away from the backing plate and dab some anti-seize (a Q-tip works well) on the raised pads of the backing plate where the edge of the brake shoes contact the backing plate. Also, is there any chance that the brake shoes were installed wrong given one shoe on each side is normally longer than the other shoe of the pair, i.e., leading shoe vs. trailing shoe?

I had a squeak. There’s a thread on it somewhere. A good amount of us spent weeks trying to figure it out. Uploading photos here, uploading videos, trying everything. . We could think off.

turns out it was my leafs. When I would accelerate, the truck front would lift ever so slightly and causes the leafs to squeak. Happened when I hit the brakes, and the front came down a bit while the rear lifted.

Lithium grease is what solved my problem. I sprayed my leafs with it, and I’ve been squeak free for months now.

    It came out in 1995...

My parents took me to see it at the AMC 309 when it first came out. My mom bought it for me on VHS in probably 1996. I haven’t watched that tape since at least 1999!

That should actually be fairly easy depending on your level of 12v electrical know-how. I'm actually kinda surprised that it doesn't already work in your car. From your other post you said you have a Pioneer stereo so I'm assuming you used an adapter harness to get it hooked up and working. That harness should be re-routing your factory aux wiring to your new head unit. Of course, the head unit may not accept that type of input and it may be looking for an RCA input. If thats the case you should be able to find the wires from the aux port and then wire them up to some RCA connectors and voila.

Of course, you could also just remove the factory aux port and replace it with either:
    1) Factory Tundra USB/Aux port https://www.ebay.com/p/656717316?ii...tghg_um4gbGGr2gKk3siFu4sjYnLaOrBoCsfMQAvD_BwE Without the proper wiring connector it would be a little bit of a pain to wire but if you're familiar with 12v and audio electronics it shouldn't be an issue.

    2) Use a more generic USB/Aux port which would just wire right up to your head unit. The issue then would be finding a good place to mount it. You may be able to find a better one than I found in my 5sec search, which might allow you to install into an OEM switch blank that way you don't have to cut any interior panels.
