I have a bmw and at some car washes it'll jump the track and get stuck some times. No idea why, but I do not go to those types of car washes with a conveyor belt anymore. Just drive in touchless from now on

It's a common occurrence, believe it or not. I think you said it was in the drying section, towards the end of the line. Probably happened while the GWagen was halfway out the tunnel and yours was still under the blowers, right? As the front axle of the car leaves the track it will stop until the next roller picks up the rear axle. If they pack cars too close together, bump happens.

I've had to slam on the brakes in that section to stop a collision before. The roller just slides under the tire, no biggie. Just make sure that there isn't another car stacked behind you when it happens. :anonymous:

Better yet, when they wave you onto the track in the first place, stop, count to ten, then drive on. It avoids that pucker at the exit.

I won’t even take my Tacoma that’s worth less than ten grand through it, because of this incident!

Actually, the G-wagon was partially in the washing part and partially in the drying part; Not outside the tunnel.

If you didn't see the MB's brake lights come on then it was the fault of the car wash. It would be very easy to see those lights come on 10 feet in front of you all the way to contact distance.

If they were busy, they were probably pushing the vehicles thru faster then they should have.

Speaking of gas, Im going out of town for two weeks. Am I ok to leave the gas sitting in the tank for that long? Or do I add one of those fuel additives so the gas doesn't not go bad?

I don’t think it’s going to work out with this woman my friend’s wife introduced me to, due to circumstances beyond the control of both of us...

Her kids seem to get sick regularly and as a result she has to take care of them. Her mom is also sick, and she lives almost an hour from me. I am willing to be friends, but I don’t think a serious dating relationship would work out.

For the dudes saying gas caused check engine lights or beleibers of good over no-name

food for thought. My 98 BMW has emissions related lights come on every once in a while after a FULL fill. EVAP switch, sensor or small leak somewhere. If I fill up to around 70%, it never comes on, even if I go 10 miles past where it says it's on E. I cleaned some seals, replaced a seal, didn't matter. I'm not throwing money at it until the light never goes off.

    2 cents.

This is more than just an exchange...

In a Pollyanna/White Elephant, people can take gifts from other people if they like that gift!
