My Truck stayed in the 21-22 per tank range all Summer long, it wasn't till November that it dropped to 20 and I am currently on my worst tank since February with 18.5 but it may go up a little before its empty.

I've been told my gas mileage is about average...

If I average 18 MPG, I get get like 350-380 miles on a single tank.

I can go over 400 but I usually don't like running down.

I generally fill up when I'm above a quarter of a tank.

It depends on the time of year, in the Winter I rarely like to let it go below half.

It couldn't hurt anything, its a truck so I wouldn't expect miracles but just seems a bit low for a 4 banger.

My Truck does not really like solid Highway driving above 70 MPH, if I have the sunroof and back window open along with my bike mounted and hit the highway it will drop like a stone.

This is how I mount my bike, not sure why the picture rotated sideways.

Going back to me eventually buying a house, I could practically pay cash for your single-family house for what I'm gonna have to save up for a downpayment on a condo!

At least 20% to avoid paying mortgage insurance...

But what I'm trying to say is that real state prices have gotten way out of hand in my area!

My situation was odd because the house needed a new roof. I had to sign a note promising the roof would be replaced within 30 days after closing, had to give the credit union the cash for the roof, pay for the roof out of pocket and then be reimbursed with the cash I gave them up front.

The credit union was afraid the roof was collapse and they would be screwed?

It just needed new shingles and they made the biggest pain in the ass over it, had to have it inspected before and after and pay for those out of pocket. There were so many roadblocks along the way that made me wonder if the sale would ever go thru, closing took 7 1/2 Months from when we agreed.

A house with a garage isn't cheap around here though; Your house seriously cost less than my dad's Yukon!
