    One thing I’d like to point out is that in the Season 2 finale, when Big Pussy gets killed for being a government informant, it came too quickly and was too easy.

    Pussy in the form of a fish tells Tony in a dream, that he is working for the government; Tony then goes over to Pussy’s house with Paulie and Silvio to pick up Pussy under the guise of looking at a new boat. First, Tony goes upstairs to use the bathroom, using this as a ruse to look for Pussy’s “wire while the other guys chat with Pussy and his wife downstairs; Tony finds the listening device under a false bottom in a cigar box, and they take him to the boat...

    What I am amazed by is the ease with which Pussy boarded the boat; By the way, the boat used was not Tony’s boat, but one they borrowed from some Cuban guy who probably knew what was going to happen.

    Once they were far enough out at sea, the three confront Pussy and ultimately end up shooting him to death below deck. They did not even put plastic down and got blood on the carpet! Pussy is stripped of all jewelry, placed in a weighted body bag, and dumped overboard. Proving that perhaps the mobsters aren’t sociopaths, the killing haunts Tony for and his friends for the rest of the series...

    I feel like Pussy being outed as a rat should have been done over the course of two episodes, and maybe they should have done it a bit more covertly; His wife Angie did not seem to know her husband was an informant, but without a doubt she knows exactly what happened to him...

    By the way, Pussy had been busted for selling heroin to pay his kids’ college, and was facing 30 to life, so he was forced to become an informant. Despite his rather inappropriate nickname (which came from his early days as a cat burglar before getting made), he was one of the more lovable, and less violent and vulgar, characters on the show.

    Don't know what could have happened, because the front brakes only have about 7,000 miles on them.

    You mean that little clip that keeps the door from flying open while the truck is moving?

    What's funny is that the noise did manifest itself AFTER the front brakes were replaced; Sounds like the rear axle seal blowout was just a coincidence!

    If that's the problem, then yes, but I don't want to replace the pads when I don't need to...

    @shakerhood

    Thinking about the scam call epidemic made me think of this; One time last year, the neighbor kids thought it would be a good idea to "help us out" by removing our mail from the mailbox and leaving it on the front porch...

    We never would have known about this if I didn't happen to open the front door at the right time. I opened the front door and there were two little girls placing our mail on the front porch; Scared the crap out of me.

    It was windy that day; That day's mail contained utility bills and stuff from the bank! My mom had a polite but firm conversations with the kids about not going through our mail.

    Yeah that's messed up for anyone to play around in the mail!
