There was supposed to be a car show at the Great Philly Expo Center in Oaks this weekend, but of course it's cancelled!



It's the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Nationals; I went last year for the first and thought it was pretty good...

 

They had another show there called the Northeast Rod & Custom show, in March, and I went in 2013 and 2014; They stopped doing it after 2014, and the only reason I knew about the Mid-Atlantic Indoor National last year is because I happened to look online one Sunday morning and found out about it...

Now that I'm not detailing cars anymore, I can go on Saturdays again!

 

The spring swap meet at Carlisle has been postponed and everything at Raceway Park for the remainder of this month is cancelled...

I've been robbed of my Ireland vacation this year, but come hell or high water I will do at least one Carlisle show!

 

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, my family will not be going to Ireland this summer, and probably not even this year

 

If it's open I might go; Have you ever been?

 

Glad you're planning for reality. This just gives you an extra year to plan! The Guinness Factory was interesting, but my big takeaway is that it tastes much better there on tap than anywhere else I have had it.

 

So I've been going to the Carlisle Truck Nationals every consecutive year since 2016, and I was giving that up for 2020 to go to Ireland; What really pisses me off is that the pandemic may very well result in the Truck Nationals getting cancelled!

 

How long do you think this will last?
