Living room, with a ceiling fan that hasn’t run in close to two decades, but probably would still work...

By the way, that Vizio TV is almost 13 years old! It’s a 37” LCD with 720p resolution, and it still works great!

Even if we didn't have the whole Coronavirus thing going on right now, I probably wouldn't be going out drinking with my friends at least every other week because (A) I'm not just thirty years old but officially in my thirties and can't drink like I used to, and (B) beer costs money, especially when it's purchased by the bottle or by the draft at a bar instead of by the six-pack. Maybe three or four years ago, a few of us from Puck would go out drinking just about every other Thursday night. I probably drank more in 2016 than I have in my entire life!

My boss always called our semi-weekly drinking nights "date nights", even though she was generally the only one with a date (her boyfriend at the time). I can think of maybe two times we got hammered at Puck; We typically went to Chambers/The Other Side...

Sometimes I would take an Uber into town, and sometimes my mom or dad would drive me into town; I almost always took an Uber back home. I would typically knock back half a dozen beers in an evening, though on some occasions I was known to drink eight or more over the course of two or three hours. Inevitably I would run into someone I know, and they would buy me a beer; Bartenders at Chambers also routinely bought me at least one beer, and then one of my friends would invite me to do shots (on them) and the rest would be history...

I am not much of a hard liquor guy, but if someone else is buying, I will partake! A couple months ago, my friend's band was playing at a bar in New Hope; The wife of the band's lead singer proceeded to get me and friend's wife absolutely trashed on tequila. This was in addition to the eight or so beers I drank that night! She just kept buying us shot after shot, and on the way out to my friend's car when we left, I could barely walk straight! From what I heard, the band frontman was not happy with his wife for getting us loaded...

Why did we drink on Thursday? Because Thursdays at Puck were typically dead; My boss would close early, I'd bring the truck home and get a ride back, and we'd meet up at Chambers. We'd pound (more than) a few, and I'd generally be the first to leave. I'd come into work totally sober on Friday morning and be the first one there; I'd prep the bar for the Friday crowd, and depending on what was going on that day we generally opened by 4 or 5pm.

Sometimes I really miss the old days!

Not supposed to get out of the fifties this weekend, but it'll be close to seventy degrees this Monday! Unfortunately, all I'll be able to do is hop in the truck and drive around aimlessly until I get bored...

I've never been any farther west in this state than Carlisle, so I wouldn't know!

I never made it all the way to your end of the state either, Wish I could remember the turnpike exit I used to take when going to Manassas Virginia.

I thought Far Cry was called a "First Person Shooter"...?

I always thought "RPG" was Dungeons and Dragons, etc...

Once I beat The Last of Us, I'm going to play GTA V! I play it all the time at my friend's house, but I haven't played it at my house since 2014 or so! I have the enhanced PS4 version, still in the wrapper!

Took my car for a spin but my timing was a bit off today, grinded 3rd gear twice and my heel to toe downshifts were not all that great, but had a blast anyways!
