There’s this one Ranger I remember in particular. It was black 2002 or 2003 regular cab short bed base model; He used it as a shop truck for his hubcap store and owned it from like 2004 to 2006-2007. Like all his vehicles, it was paid for in cash and kept around until he got bored with it and wanted a new truck...

It was a 4-banger with automatic and A/C, but no other options; It had vinyl seats and an AM/FM radio with no cassette or CD. My dad borrowed from my uncle one time to haul some stuff, and I remember two things about it; We were in a heat wave and the A/C in that truck kicked some serious ass...

The other problem was that the four hamsters running in exercise wheels under the hood could barely get that truck out of its own way! My dad had to floor it to cut across a busy stretch of road!

And 31 year olds randomly die from things everyday. Still in the law of averages your 99.8 percent likely to live at your age if you contract corona. For your age bracket accidents are the biggest and you still drive around.

Most RTA apps will give you what you need. Just play pink noise through the radio, with the app open you can adjust you eq to flatten out the response.

The good news with is that my wiring harness is gooned up from being trifled with too many times due to repeated removals and reinstallations; The backup camera wire, for example, is loose. Right now, the backup camera is working, but I know that when I swap out the head units, it will started acting wonky and the screen will cut out. I have no doubt this is what's causing the amp to overload at times; The bad news is that while I'm 99% sure I've figured out the "amp overload" issue, the head unit is still FUBAR, so I have two separate problems here and it is more worthwhile to just replace the head unit instead of trying to figure out what's wrong with this one.

Which is exactly why I drive like I’m expecting some inattentive twatwaffle to speed around a corner and clobber my truck!

Getting hit by a drunk driver made me even more serious of a defensive driver than before!

Didn’t have the opportunity to look at the front end of my truck after yesterday evening’s jaunt to Quakertown...

    The bugs are upon us!

Funny you mentioned that cause I cleaned all the bugs off my windshield yesterday before I left and when I got back it looked as if I never cleaned it.
