I can see it now.... “The Corona project”. I don’t ever recall seeing the color before... a dark green, I think

How do you know it wasn't a 1987? Was it a GN or a T-Type?

That would have been a 3.8L V6 or a 5.0L V8 when it still had an engine?

I do have a set of “horny” (the tire salesman said) wheels and tires sitting here doing nothing

I doing some late night online salvage auction exploration...

2013 RC 5-lug auto with 152K miles; Appears to have been rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of it; Yes, it has high miles for the year and the interior looks beat up, but my truck looked visually worse than this after I got hit by a drunk driver five years ago...

The bumper is pushed under the bed pretty good so maybe there’s some unseen frame damage...?

As for the interior, I saw much worse when I was detailing cars at a dealership (worst job I ever had)...

My guess is a bent frame or something broke in the rear like a mounting point.

It’s shame, but at the same time this truck doesn’t look it was taken care of before the accident; 150K on a 7-year old truck is indicative of a fleet vehicle...

By comparison, my truck is a 2010 and has just over 112K...

Oh well, the circle of life continues; Trucks like this serve as parts donors for trucks like mine that are actually cared for!

@shakerhood‘s 2000 Tacoma was tweaked way worse than this in an accident and the insurance company DID NOT total it against his wishes!

Insurance usually will total one out when the cost to fix it is higher than the actual value of the truck.
Tells me there is probably frame damage possibly?

Seeing the spare on the front passenger side makes me curious if it had sustained some sort of damage at that point too.

So my truck could sustain like $5,000-$6,000 without airbag deployment before they totaled it!
