    I ordered an Apple Tree to plant in the yard, took almost 6 weeks to get it and when I opened the package there was an Almond Nut Tree in there.... D'oh!

    @shakerhood

    This is the setup at Grammy’s house; When the house was built in 1993-1994, the system consisted of a York heat pump with this Trianco boiler (converted to propane) tied in for backup...

    The system was bypassed and converted to all electric at least two years before my grandparents bought the place...

    Do you think it had anything to do with that furnace guy that was fooling around that one day.

    Possible, but I don't think so; However, my grandma called that guy's company and they're sending a manager out to look at it tomorrow morning. I have to be at Grandma's house by 10am tomorrow to meet the guy. I'm just going to keep my mouth shut and see what he finds...

    I honestly think that (A) the unit is low on or out of refrigerant, or (B) the reversing valve is stuck in the "heat" position.

    I knew that the system developed a leak last year, but I wasn't entirely clear what had to be replaced...

    Apparently, it was the indoor coil that had to be replaced! The company whose employee accidentally worked on the unit last week sent another employee by to look at the unit after I left (I thought I was meeting him at 10am tomorrow), and deemed it to be fine. I no longer have to go to my Grandma's house, and she is having the company who installed the system come out to look at it...

    I think the leak in my old system was in the coil too, I just kept getting it recharged each year but last year it got worse and had to have it filled twice! Glad to hear you don't have to go over in the morning to meet the HVAC Guy.

    My friend and former boss has a 2005 Honda Element; She managed to run down the battery (AGAIN)...

    The Element has the factory radio, which requires one of those stupid anti theft codes; I actually have the code here on TW, so she texted me yesterday evening asking for the code...

    I’m hoping I can finally talk her into going aftermarket!

    The Cavalier I bought new for my Ex Fiance came with only am/fm radio. I put aftermarket speakers in and picked up a factory radio with CD player from a junkyard. It was locked and required me getting the VIN# from the car it came from to get it figured out.

    Why didn't you just go with aftermarket? Sounds a lot easier!

    I was going to use an aftermarket stereo but she absolutely hated the way they looked back then when they would stick out from the dash, she liked the clean look of the Factory ones so I went that route.
