Yea, I would have to run my fan one notch low so that it would not vibrate the dash. We have had a really mild summer this year only been getting up to 109 or less.

Mine does not vibrate the dash, LOL! However, it does make this chirping noise that's on par with the drone of a compressor in a residential window A/C unit!

Luckily, I have a powerful aftermarket stereo with an 8" sub that's capable of drowning out the noise most of the time!

As for how cold the A/C in my truck gets, lets just say that I would not recommend women ride in my truck with the A/C on unless they're wearing a bra... ;) :D

Yeah; I'm gonna show all these quotes to the stealership in Doylestown and kinda play good cop/bad cop, saying I want the best deal but I really want to support local business...

In June 2017 or so, I discovered that while the A/C was blowing ice cubes on the driver's side, the vents on the right were warm and the far right vent was just blowing humid outside air. My dad's mechanic pressure-tested the system and could not find a leak, but he charged it and it worked fine for the rest of the summer. When I used the A/C for the first time in April 2018, I discovered it was once again blowing cold on the left and warm on the right. My dad's mechanic charged the system but again could not find the leak!

After my dad's mechanic could not find the leak in my truck's A/C system for over a year, I finally got fed up and brought it to the stealership (Thompson Toyota in Doylestown) when the problem started getting progressively worse; The problem ended up being a leak in the evaporator core, which was replaced by the dealer in September 2018 at a cost of almost $1,600. Yes, it was expensive, but it's been almost two years and my A/C is still working good as new, plus the parts and labor are under warranty until September 2020! I visited family in the Virginia Beach last Thanksgiving, and stopped by the local dealership there (Checkered Flag) to check out a Tundra TRD PRO they had on the lot. Just for grins, I went to their service department and got a quote for the same service that Thompson had performed a little over a year earlier; Checkered Flag quoted the cost for parts and labor at just over $1,100!

Before buying a motor pull the assembly down and see if you have visitors. Happens all the time. Might just need to clean the wheel..

Different areas different stores different priced..

That's a Toyota OEM blower motor? How hard to separate the fan from the motor?

Yes the factory one that was in my truck, one bolt in the end of the shaft and it pulls right off. At least mine did. I reattached the fan with the bolt only snug and it got rid of the vibration and I used it until I got the new unit from the dealer. Motor is perfect, fan cracked. Since yours is after market I can not promise it will fit your fan.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of; Thanks for the offer but I think I'll be better off just buying an entirely new one...

I think I'm gonna pit the local dealerships against each other in a price war!

Not sure if this will help you but the price of dealership parts varies from one to another. Check out
    https://parts.toyota.com/
    MSRP $164
Type in part number, MSRP price listed then a string of dealerships selling for substantially less.
Spring Hill sale price is $119
