Favorite show growing up. I didn’t miss an episode until I went into the Corps in 2004. Streaming them all in Disney plus

Last night, I was talking to a friend of mine who still works at the detail shop where I used to work; He was complaining about the boss...

Part-time detailers no longer have to work EVERY Saturday (this was apparently done away with not long after I left, but the boss is still kind of a jerk, they are still understaffed, and getting multiple days off is still like pulling teeth!

So glad I don’t work there anymore!

Found out this morning that the respirator I got on Amazon will NOT stop me from smelling a fart!

Also has a valve on the bottom so it’s not doing anything in terms of exhaled air from you

My full-face respirator that I used while sanding last week kept the smell of my post-lunch flatulence out...

Also, I’ve seen pictures of people at crime scenes (or just accidental deaths) where the person was dead for a long time, and they’re wearing the “half mask” respirators; Do those masks completely block the smell of death?

Will an odometer work in reverse? I swear I’ve seen the mileage change while I was backing up, but today in the parking lot at work, I spent the first few minutes going in circles in reverse and the odometer did not go up. My odometer changed to 120,801 just before I pulled into work this morning...

I know for a fact that mechanical odometers in old vehicles actually decreased in mileage when the vehicle was reversed, but improvements in design now prevent that from happening.

Why the hell did I see it go up when backing up the one time?

No clue. I got use to the smell honestly. I could do my dissections with out a mask

On modern vehicles probably not, however l walked in on a guy at a used car lot back in the 1980's that had some kind of device similar to a drill that was spinning it in reverse to take miles off.

My dad and I drove past a roadkill deer in the family minivan on a HOT summer day in 2007; Had the A/C cranked but not on “recirc”...

That was, by far, the worst most nostril-singing stench I ever experienced! Luckily, we knew what to expect on the drive home and put the A/C on recirc when we came to the deer’s location...

If l am sanding something small l usually just pull my shirt up over my nose and a dust mask for larger projects. I really should use one more often as my Dad and his Dad both died from lung diseases.
