My neighbor leased the Lexus and put about 16K miles on it, only to get bored with it and trade it for a new Cadillac XT6 just a couple weeks ago!

Were those prices for a set of tires, or just per tire...?

I never asked this before, but why is the dog's food and water in the bathroom?

Still damn good; One time when I got gas at Giant maybe a month ago, I ended up paying only 35 cents a gallon because my parents have been buying so much food there!

How many square feet is your house, and how does it do with only one air-conditioner? In Southeast Pennsylvania, a house the size of yours would have two separate central A/C systems for sure, and two separate gas furnaces if it was forced air heat...

No Kroger around here; We have Aldi, Acme, Giant, and Wegman's...

Genuardi's was a fairly large local supermarket chain, but Giant bought them out YEARS ago (2014-2015, I'd like to say?). We also had a couple of Pathmark grocery stores, but those have been gone for probably a decade.

If I bought your house, I'd have to get it steam cleaned because of my cat allergy...

Does perfectly fine at 3400sqft. In my upstairs in the winter I seal all the vents off anyway as hot air rises and hate to sleep when it’s hot. Summer the AC works perfect for the whole house.

Yeah, in this area that would probably be two 3-ton units, or possibly a couple of 2.5-tons and a single 1.5-ton if the house had a large conservatory or something...

Back in PA we had Giant Eagle and Foodland, when l was a kid we had A&P too. I am also old enough to remember the Green Stamps they would give after grocery store purchases and you could cash them in for different things.

I miss wegmans. They are a big deal in western NY, they always have a good selection of international foods and local stuff too

They don't have Wegman's in the Northwest? They're everywhere here; My only grievance with them is that they don't sell Sargento string cheese...

In King of the Hill, there was a parody of A&P called Pink & White...
