You can't get a quality house (or at least one with an adequate electrical system) for less than a million bucks anymore, and even then they're still pretty shitty!

Water might be the issue, but you stated they are LED lights, and most modern Christmas lights are wired in parallel, so when one goes out, it doesnt effect the rest of the string. The string will also have a fuse at the end if they are outdoor lights, and that will pop before the breaker.

Ok. A potential solution for this mess.

Agree. Put the treadmill on its own circuit. You need to understand which outlet is on which circuit. Just changing outlets may not be changing circuits.

Run a single 12 AWG extension cord to a power strip (like used for computers). The power strip should have its own fuse. Plug all your Christmas lights into the power strip. Now, place the power strip into a weather protected container. The container can be anything. Plastic coffee can with lid, old ice chest. Drill a couple holes in the bottom to pass the cords. Close the container, set it in a high ground position and position it so water can drain off and not into the container.

Any light strings connected together should have their connection in a weather protection container.

    Good luck.

Yes, and garage is on the GFCI circuit as well, but everything is ultimately run off the outlet at the front door...

I have two outdoor power strips (really more like "power towers") that most of the lights are plugged into; Will get a picture of these when I get home from work...

We don't need pictures, we need you to measure how much power they are using.

You'll also notice that the first picture was taken before I dug the LED grazing deer out of the storage space under the back deck; However, the deer is only a year old and I don't think it's the problem...

Ultimately you need to find out everything that is on this one 15amp breaker. That will tell us a lot. Turn all breakers off, turn this one 15amp on. See what lights up and works.

The reason for the pictures would be to see if these are proper "power strips"...

This is either a math problem, or a moisture problem. Unless the power strips have bad wiring, which no one can tell from a picture.
