    Stay home. Don't spread that sickness. It's not worth putting others at risk to make a buck.

    Just went out to reset my trip odometer for the month of June, and this is how many miles I put on my truck for the entire month of May!

    7F0C38B6-309C-4F40-A9E9-7374A9494BF6.jpg

    Today was my first time out of the house since Thursday morning, and my first time driving the truck if you don’t count that I moved it out of and back into the driveway so my mom and I could go somewhere in her car (also on Thursday); If it weren’t for the fact that I quite suddenly came down with something on Wednesday night, I would have had well over 2,500 miles for the month of May, and probably well over 2,600! I’m pretty sure I’ll be at 135K before the end of June!

    @ColoradoTJ
    @shakerhood

    Just ordered a trailer hitch mounted flagpole for my truck; Gonna fly the American flag at Carlisle this August (and probably at every other car show I go to after it arrives)!

    You know, I'm not sure. The flag I fly on at my house is very old and can't remember where I got it. The other flag at my house is folded up and in a case.

    It was still listed at the Memorial Day price, so I got it for 15% off too!

    I have not decided if I’m going to get remote start yet (probably will), but what is the best brand of alarm system to install in a 2nd Gen?

    My biggest concern is that it will interfere with my truck’s electrical system and cause problems down the road.

    I live on a culdesac and one feature I would love to have is a piercing alarm that will go off immediately if it senses the truck being moved or tampered with (i.e. jacked up for catalytic converter theft). If I’m not home, then one of my neighbors will hear it and come out, or call the cops.

    The two brands I’m aware of are Clifford and Viper, but I know there are other good brands out there; What so the people of TW recommend?

    They're almost all manufactured by Directed Electronics and have similar features. I have a high end one on my 4Runner and GT500, entry level ones on my kids' Tacomas. Never had any problems with them.
