On the right, we see the former Duck Deli (marked with red arrow), which was there for well over 10 years and did quite well...

Then, in like 2014, the owners changed the name to Forlano's (their last name) and changed the image of the place. There was an article in the local newspaper and everything. Within a year, the place was closed...

In 2006, my dad and were out for a top-down drive in his 2003 Honda S2000, and we got rear-ended by a woman in a 2005 Ford Explorer right about where that red arrow is. How did it happen...?

I've posted many pictures of this intersection, from both sides, showing how confusing it is. Traffic coming from the direction of that white car next to the arrow has a red light for the first part of the traffic light cycle. Traffic coming from the direction of the white car gets a green light, but for some reason, people going ever so slightly to the left still get a green light/arrow...

My dad had a green light, but unfortunately so did a beige Impala making the left...

To avoid a head-on with the Impala, my dad slammed on the brakes. The woman in the Explorer could not stop in time and love-tapped the S2000. The damage to the S2000 was about $500, but the Explorer had no damage...

The woman's husband worked for Fred Beans Collision Center, so he just paid to fix the damage to the S2000 out of pocket...

Actually worked out quite well in my opinion...

No problem with this...

Except he's just moseying across a fairly busy public road with seemingly no thought given to the drivers who might have to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting him, or even worse...

NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP IN TIME AND HITTING HIM!
