Both the Warrington and Warminster stores are overstaffed, so it doesn't look like I'll be getting a lucrative seasonal job this year; I have no idea how I missed my opportunity, because this is about the same time I applied last year...

 

Sorry to hear. Can't like that. Any other Halloween stores ?

 

None that are worth the commute; I don't know how in hell I missed the window, but I'm glad to see teenagers actually working instead of getting high and/or partaking in social media challenge that could kill them...

It has been a super busy weekend, but I'm finally posting the rest of the Constitution pictures!

 

Canons are cool!

 

I thought that the steering wheel was actually used for raising and lowering the sails at first...

 

I actually had to delete and repost because I posted some pictures out of order...

Also, Canon is a camera company. You can technically shoot a Canon or any other camera, but not in the same manner that you shoot a cannon...

Captain's quarters...

 

I don't remember if this cannon was in the captain's cabin or on the main lower deck...

 

Just to give you an idea of how cramped it was on the lower deck...

 

I took a selfie on the lower level just to show everyone how low the ceiling is; I'm guessing that sailors in the 18th century were shorter...?
