Look into Costco as well. Idk much about working at Wegmans, but that is a great store. The employees seem fairly happy there.

No, I’ve seen enough Snooki wannabe’s in my day.

Wait, I’ve seen a lot of them before Jersey Shore became a thing. That means Snooki is a wannabe…?

I never watched Jersey Shore, but when I was younger I thought that the real Snooki was bangable to say the least. My ex-girlfriend watches a lot of Jersey Shore reruns, which might have something to do with her incredibly bad attitude and shockingly low intelligence level.

I’d suspect a mask mandate would go into effect there sooner than HD.
Personally, I’d try to find a job that doesn’t deal with the public, if I didn’t want to wear a mask.
I used to work at a lumber yard. All I did was load trucks (big rigs) with orders.
Yeah, it could get tiresome, and weather could make the job rough. I never had to deal with the general public.

A few times, I did deal with contractors. But not regularly.

I left that job because of the pay, no 401k, and insurance was no good and expensive.
But it wasn’t a bad job, just not one I wanted “long term”.

I got roped into watching it once. Ugh, never again. But if you’ve never met a Guido before, it’s a great place to start lol

My ex was definitely a "Guido", even though she was only 50% Italian at the most...

You guys lost me here. Lol:rofl:

I don’t know what a Snooki is or a “Guido”?

    Should I?
Do I even want to know?

Snooki is a very busty reality TV star, and a Guido is an obnoxious Italian-American person, which Snooki happens to be...

I envy you. No, you don’t want to know!

But if you are really curious, do as I recommended a while ago and go visit the Jersey Shore in the summer

The Jersey Shore is actually really nice, especially Cape May; I haven't been there in over a decade though...

I have a friend that’s Italian, From New Jersey.
Great lady, you just have to know not to take stuff personal.
She definitely isn’t afraid to voice an opinion or tell you how it is.

I’m from the “country”. We tend to be more quite and just go with the flow.
Well, I can’t say “country”, as much as “Mountains”. As both my mother and father we’re literally raise in the Appalachian Mountains.

No, the lady I mentioned above left Jersey. She’s told me to stay away from there.
Her and her husband are both from Jersey.
I’ve been through the state, never spent any time in it.

The accuracy of the bolded statement holds no bound.

I mean don’t live there. But visiting isn’t terrible if you are in the region. Atlantic City is fairy popular if you are into gambling and don’t want to head to Vegas. Northern NJ has a bunch of nightlife if that’s your thing. Great park systems.

I’m not one for crowds or nightlife.
And I don’t gamble, because I don’t like spending money, much less flat out loosing it.

Nightlife for me is on a river bank, or in a bed

When I was younger, it was a different story.
We would run the roads all night, from 9pm to 6am we burned through a lot of gas.
And Waffle House was my second home.

    What’s Waffle House?

I kid. But you’ve probably been there more in a day than I have in my life.

About a year ago I had an appointment in a medical office building, needed to use the bathroom and wrongly assumed there would be a bathroom on every floor. Wearing an N95 mask ran up 3 flights of stairs only to find no bathroom, down 3 flights of stairs to search for a bathroom on the main floor, back up 3 flights only to be out of breath and 7 minutes late for my appointment.

I know the feeling. I found the N95 “Cool Flow” after running saws in the summer. (Tree work)
I use them a lot, they work quite well.
I don’t always use them when running my saws, but if the chipper and the saws are going, I do.
I’m getting older, and I am “kind of” starting to think about my health.

I actually had a little stash of N95 masks prior to the pandemic stuff, for similar reasons as you.
