    Smart girl too..niiiice.

I can relate to the long hair thing you mentioned before. It definitely got in my way when I had to mask up for painting etc.

One after my own heart, though i prefer jumping bikes for my height fix.

I am considering buying this and selling my current truck once the head gasket is replaced; I believe that I can get $8,500-$10,000 for my RC once the head gasket is replaced...

Just needs intermittent wipers, a backup camera, and a serious stereo system upgrade; I'm worried about prior accidents though. The Carfax is clean, but my parents bought the 2013 Murano at Fred Beans more than eight years ago with a clean Carfax, and then an accident with airbag deployment mysteriously appeared (having occurred two weeks after we bought it).

My dad and I are looking at trucks right now; I've finally convinced him of the importance of having a pickup truck.

I don’t think that thing even MSRP’ed at that price. I think you can do better. Plus you mentioned your dad wants auto braking, which that truck doesn’t have…?

I think it probably MSRP'd at more than that. 4WD and all the power options, plus cruise control? In 2015? Definitely closer to $30K...

Pickups are so versatile, once you have owned one it's hard to imagine not having one.

The only non-pickup that I would remotely consider is a Corolla 5-speed...

    No that was not a $30k truck in 2015. 4 cylinder, 5 speed. MSRP’ed closer to $25k.

Depends on what you value. I just looked on Toyota’s site, a new base mode 4 cylinder 4x4 starts at just under $32k. I think you’re better off with a new one over used at these prices.

As for 4 vs 6 cylinder, depends on your use. If you don’t tow at all, just like having a truck, and you’re trying to stick to a budget, the 4 cylinder isn’t a bad choice. I personally found the value of higher trims to be worth it (with a 6 cylinder), as I get a better stereo, more comfy seats, all the gizmos and gadgets. But my uses are very different than yours.
