So I get my paycheck either tomorrow or Wednesday. I will allow this poll to run until at least Wednesday night, and then I will close it and make my purchase based on the votes of other TW members!

Just in case people didn't know, in Toy Story 2 it was obviously a modeled after a Toyota, but it was in fact called a Gyoza...

@PennSilverTaco so each set you are looking at are awesome. Are you wanting to eventually collect them all or is this just a one off kinda thing?

I bought this one at Target in 2006 or 2007, when I was still in high school, I don't think I paid more than $50 or $60 for it. Some of the parts had a tendency to fall off and I ended up supergluing them on. I also rigged up some Apple earbuds so I could plug my iPod into it and give it a sound system

Like I said, I think I paid like $50 or $60. I saw one sealed in the box, listed on either Amazon or Fleabay, for $325!

I had this one as well (also purchased at Target in about 2006-2007, around the same time as the Nitro Intimidator)

I have no reason to believe these aren't packed away in my parents' basement somewhere, but I have not seen them since 2007-2008...

@PennSilverTaco then I suggest the F40. It's currently being phased out of production. You'll still be able to find it on the secondary market, just with a substantial premium. After the F40 you should get the Caterham. It's an Ideas set and those typically have short shelf lives.

So you're thinking the Mini and the Bug will be there for a while?

The Mini came out in 2014 so it has some life left, the Beetle came out last here so it will be around a while.

What do you know about the Caterham? It's looking like I'm gonna go with the Ferrari at this point...

If you scroll up a bit, you'll a picture of a Nitro Intimidator like the one I bought in 2006-2007. I probably paid like $50-$60 for the damn thing. I saw one new in the box listed online for over $300!

The Caterham is an awesome set. I have it in my collection (I am a fan of the Ideas Lego line). Ideas sets typically have an 18 month shelf life. This set was introduced in 2016 so it still has some time left but not forever.

But the Ferrari is definitely on it's way out?
