    I know what I’d do, but I don’t want cause any hurt feelings.

    What I would do is based on parents that have been married 7x between them.
    And a brother and uncle that lost over $70k each in divorces. Probably more………

    Here's another one that I really like for some reason. One thing you will immediately notice is that despite not having a basement, there is no laundry room. The version of the plan show seems to have a crawlspace foundation, but basement and slab foundations are available. The house is also less than 1,400 square feet, but it obviously has two separate central air-conditioning systems. This seems like an ideal plan to built up in the Poconos...
