That you don't, though you technically can get an OUI arrest and charge driving one on a public way

 

After a few hours at Cabela's, we drove just under an hour to Centralia; I previously took Amanda there in March, but while there was no snow on the ground, it was really cold. Sunday was beautiful, and on the way to Centralia, I asked Amanda to take pictures with her phone as we drove past Pottsville; I think this view of Pottsville is very picturesque if you get pictures from the right angle...

 

I took these pictures on the graffiti highway with my iPhone; Amanda can be seen standing on a mound of dirt in the distance. She got up, but couldn't back down, and I had to rescue her...

 

What happened was that I went back to the truck to get more camera batteries and Amanda's phone, and she decided to go climbing in the few minutes I was gone...

 

On another note, I discovered that this end of Centralia's infamous "Graffiti Highway" hasn't been as extensively covered over with dirt; I parked the truck at the other end, and Amanda and I very easily gained entry...
