The Gwynedd has an absolutely beautiful kitchen, also with Wolf appliances!

 

That specific model (Gwynedd) starts at $880,995. With all the options it has, the final selling price will probably be around $1 million. The townhomes start at $669,995 and the single-family homes start at $699,995. The Gwynedd is part of the Union Collection, and the cheapest home is just over 2,200 square feet with a starting price of $850K. Just the Wolf appliances alone would add $20K+ to any of the floorplans. The reason these homes are going for such exorbitant prices is because people who bought their homes at ridiculously low mortgage rates don't want to sell them, and the demand for brand new homes exceeds the supply, plus it's a highly desirable area.

I like this layout better than the one in the other house with Wolf appliances. Both houses have two ovens, but the other one had a double wall oven and sacrificed more cabinet space than this one with the microwave drawer...

Can’t say I’d buy a $1 million to has one though…….
