The Jenn-Air stove yielded quite a bit of aluminum pieces!

 

I also have quite a bit of microchips, including the ones from my truck's HVAC control module, a few from the Jenn-Air stove, and one from a broken cable box remote that I busted open...

 

The Fios remote is an obvious one...

 

Is that stuff worth anything?

 

Sure is. Not much by itself per se but the bulk factor. IDK what values are these days but my brother in law used to scrap on the side.

 

Wow, I throw away all my electronics. I scrap copper , aluminum, metal.... but thought electronics wasn't worth a thing.

 

I only got $31 in today for today's run, but I've probably gotten close to (if not more) in the last week and a half; I just do not have the resources (or the space in my truck) to scrap at the level that some of the legit career scrappers do. This is merely to keep my savings account untouched until I get the bureaucratic BS for Home Depot dealt with; I am also considering applying at the place where I take all my scrap...
