I'd rather have a swift kick in the balls than a traverse. I always would like to know what people are thinking when they wake up in the morning and say "today is the day I buy a chevy traverse!" Something in your life has gone terribly wrong. The same with the Pontiac Aztec, PT cruiser, Ford Flex, Toyota Venza, any mini van ever, Chrysler 300, I can keep going...

Actually, the Venza was more of a crossover. You're thinking of the Sienna...?

Also, don't bash minivans! My mom had a 2004 Odyssey EX that I drove from time to time (though I still had my Tacoma and I didn't buy the Odyssey; I just drove it when I had more than 2 friends with me!).

The Venza kind of reminds me of a Lexus RX with lower suspension, basically an attempt at a Lexus without the Lexus price...

The first and second generations of the Sienna was good. The third generation of Sienna has the Toyota reliability, but it's an immensely unremarkable vehicle. My biggest complaint about the newest Sienna is the hard plastics used on the dashboard...

    July 7th, 2017:

Another one of the clueless pedestrians you will encounter regularly in Doylestown...

I was making a right turn at a 4-way intersection, and the guy seen approaching his vehicle (dark blue BMW) made it across while I was still at the stop sign. If I remembered correctly, the woman in pink was taking her sweet time and just suddenly decided to blindly dart across the street without even looking in my direction. I abruptly hit the brakes and waved her across, but I forget whether she went or just waved at me to go...

Sort of similar story from Columbus, GA. Salesman cut buyer a really good deal at I believe a Chevy dealer in town. Guy purchases the vehicle for the great price and goes home. Not too long after I think they either tried to contact the buyer and told him they made a mistake and would need him to bring the vehicle back, guy of course says no we made our deal. Dealer has a tow truck come repo the vehicle. Of course guy sued and won and kept his vehicle.

Might have been a Bill Heard dealership at the time.

Crazy shit. I can’t find the article though.

Yeah when they went out of business in Columbus, which is where they were actually based out of, it was bought up and changed over to “Legacy”.

Seriously though, the first article gave kind of half the story, then the other one gave more detail. Sounds like a distinct possibility that the guy drove off in a loaner car and knew it was a loaner and decided to keep it.

Or, the dealership royally f'd up and compounded the f'up and really should pay a price.

With stories like these it's critical to have all the evidence. Otherwise it becomes like the Netflix sympathy docu drama stuff where the film makers want people to have sympathy for people that have either murdered someone, or played a helpful role in it.

If the guy was falsely arrested based on a lie, I'd be pissed and whoever started that chain of events should be brought to justice.
