Nowadays I prefer to report people who wrong me to their superiors...

I've come a long way just in the last 3 years!

I get the point. I really do; I just have a hard time admitting it sometimes. There are parts of me that don't want to bow down and do whatever the government says, and parts of me that don't want to be seen as "soft."

It’s not doing what the government says or being viewed ass soft, it’s being part of the general society.

And another thing you guys need to know is that I rant to my parents and on Tacoma World. I complain a lot, but I follow societal norms (except for taking pictures until recently), albeit very grudgingly at times...

Well you shouldn’t follow societal norms “grudgingly” they should be followed as norms not something you just haaaate to follow.

I just thought about it, and the only societal norms I follow "grudgingly" these days are not taking pictures outside of car shows, and getting my truck inspected every year...

    UPDATE (March 27th, 2018):

I am a total idiot for not noticing this before, but apparently the asshole who put the tires on forced my center caps off and cracked them in the process when he discovered he didn't have the proper Alan wrench. This was after I told him to wait until my dad arrived with his Alan wrench set (we don't live far from BJ's). I was cleaning my truck today and I just happened to look at the wheels. This is what I found...

All four center caps were damaged! Each center cap is held in place by a single hex nut, and the plastic surrounding the each hole was damaged. In addition to the obvious damage around the holes where the hex nuts go, each center cap also has cracks in it (circled in red)...

The left rear center cap won't even stay on anymore (I don't know how it stayed on since October, or how the Toyota dealer got it back on when I brought it in for a brake overhaul earlier this month)!

Damn. I mean, but damn. I would never get your tires changed there again.

Way ahead of you there! Oddly enough I'd still buy another set of tires from BJ's if the price was right, but I'll have my mechanic or the Toyota dealer do install them!

I don't know if you read the whole story, but the altercation started because I tried to take a picture of my truck while it was up on the lift. My theory as to why the guy flipped out at me is because he'd already broken my TPMS sensor and my center caps, thought I'd somehow figured this out, and planned on using the picture as evidence against him. The joke's on him because I had no reason to suspect he'd done anything wrong...

If they didn't want you to be able to take pictures of your truck, why'd they install windows looking in from the waiting room?

Exactly! I never thought of that...

And the twatwaffle tire installer guy said that "pictures were not allowed because of previous legal issues" or some shit like that. Translation: We can't help fucking up customers' vehicles, so instead of fixing the problem, we're gonna keep fucking up their vehicles and make sure they can't get any evidence against us...

Either right before or right after I took this picture, I angrily told the guy that "It's my fucking truck, and I'll take pictures of it if I damn well want to!"

The center caps have been warped since probably 2015-2016, but they stayed on. Look closely at the holes where the hex nuts go; The center caps were forced off! No way that was an accident...
