    I agree...

I just didn't feel like ruining the picture by blacking out the Rebel flag TRD logo...

I can black out the confederate flag license plates no problem, but the imagery with the flag intertwined, as well as the actual flags, are difficult. I've actually not taken pictures from certain angles because of the goddamn flag being in the background!

I don't have a problem with the rebel flag.

RANDOM FUN FACTS ABOUT MY TACOMA:

    • My Tacoma was a gift from my dad.
    • I only put about 7,500 miles on my Taco in the first year of ownership!
    • I took the driver's test (to get my license) in my Taco!
    • A former girlfriend farted in my truck on the first date!
    • I was involved in three accidents in 2015, two of which were NOT my fault!
    • The third accident occurred in October 2015 and was caused by a drunk driver!
    • That's right, my Tacoma survived an encounter with a drunk driver!
    • My truck has spent most of its life in Pennsylvania, and to a lesser extent, New Jersey
    • I drove it to Virginia once, subsequently driving through Delaware and Maryland on the way there and on the way back, but that's the only time my Tacoma has ever been outside of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
    • I managed to get a speeding ticket in my 4-banger/slushbox automatic Tacoma!
    • I did not add intermittent wipers until the truck was almost 6 years old!
    • I've hauled about $10,000 worth of liquor before!
    • The largest vehicle I've ever successfully jump-started with my Tacoma is a Chevy Silverado.
    • My Tacoma has had the battery replaced once, but it's never actually had a dead battery.
    • I am on my fourth head unit, not including the factory radio, since April 2013.
    • I am on my second set of speakers, not including the factory ones, since April 2013.
    • Of all the things I could break in my truck, I've somehow managed to break the master cylinder and the horn!
    • My stereo system is so powerful that it caused the suction cup of my rear dashcam to separate from the glass!
    • My stereo system also sounds better than the factory Bang & Olufsen system in a $220K Audi RS8, according to the owner of said Audi.
    • I backed my truck into the side of my parents' brick house and the only "damage" was a red scuff on the back bumper that easily buffed out.
    • I had my Taco dyno tested at the Carlisle Truck Nationals in 2017, and it puts out 132hp at the rear wheels!
    • I taught a teenage coworker how to parallel park in my Taco.
    • I once crammed into my RC Taco with my two female cousins and drove them to a gravel parking lot where I did donuts to explain what "positraction" was and how it worked...

    Yes...

And the heat in itself is not bad. It's the fucking humidity! I've never lived in Texas, so cut me a break...

The A/C at my friend's restaurant can't get it down to 70 due to the combination of the heat from the kitchen and the constant opening and closing of the front door...

    IMG_9182.jpg

However, 74 degrees is incredibly comfortable when it's in the 90s with a heat index of 100 degrees outside!

We're a semi cheapskate family, so we keep our thermostat at 75° during the summer.

How do you feel about winter? You should come down here during late December, and early January. We're shivering to death in 45° weather while the winter texans are out and about in shorts.

Haha that’s like us. In January-February. 72 in the day time and 62 at night you see the tourist in shorts and T-shirt’s. You’ll see locals in jeans and hoodies. I don’t even like going in the water from November to March.

    45°F?!?!

That's warm by Pennsylvania winter standards! As in "roll one window down and turn on the heat " weather!

I have to take a drug test and get a physical for this new detailing job, and I showed up at the company's doctor a bit early, so I'm sitting in the truck with the A/C going full throttle...
