I am going to assume this is a joke about my post. Anyways, air blows on the window in ALL vent positions, not just FEET or WINDSHIELD, or WINSHIELD+ FEET. I have yet to have ANY interior windows fog in hot and rainy/humid conditions when I am running my AC. So why would I need AC air blowing only on my front windshield to keep the inside of the window from fogging over when none of the other interior windows fog in the same conditions? It does not matter how cold the ac can get the cabin no other windows will fog over.

If the AC ducting only routed the air to the front facing vents when selected like its supposed to do, you would not have cold air blowing on your windshield causing the exterior front windshield to fog over. I live in FL and VA and run my AC 90% of the year and the ONLY window that fogs on the outside is the front when its hot and humid out or raining, my driver and passenger side windows will fog on the outside IF I point the vent at them, the difference is you can close them or point them else where, you get no choice with the windshield vent, so you just have to let it fog over and run your wipers when its not even raining out or sweat to death.

If you have to place a Tshirt or tape over your vent to keep your front windshield from fogging on the outside then its a design flaw, period.

I feel like the people that think this is normal are the same ones that do the "MOD" to turn off the AC compressor when the defrost/defog (windshield air) is turned on...

By design, modern vehicles have a constant air flow through the cabin, even if the fan is in the “off” position.

Still no one can tell me why my 4Runner does not fog the exterior front windshield in the same conditions, and this is the first vehicle I've had that does this in the same conditions, and another member posted that several work vehicles he drives never do this.

But it happens to a lot of Tacoma drivers so its normal..

I had a shit ton of Lego sets. Maybe more than 100! They were mostly LEGO CITY sets that me and my dad enjoyed building together.

Two of the biggest reasons I hate DUI checkpoints are the very same reason that us Aspies hate a lot of seemingly mundane things...

SENSORY OVERLOAD AND UNPLANNED CHANGES TO MY NORMAL ROUTINE!

In my opinion, the one DUI checkpoint I encountered on Saint Patrick's Day in 2017 was like a Nazi checkpoint, though they didn't ask for my "papers"...

For starters, there was a taxi minivan in front of me that had those obnoxious "pulsating" LED flashers, which cause the brake lights to flash whenever the brake pedal is so much as tapped. Second of all, there were lights everywhere, and then I looked ahead at some point and realized the staging area was set up with a cop on each side of the vehicle. There were four of these areas, two for each direction. For whatever reason, I had my passenger window cracked and I did not want the officer on the right side getting any closer to my safe space (which in this case was the cab of my Tacoma) then the outside of my window. I promptly rolled the window all the way up and made sure both windows were locked.

Then, I had a cop shining a flashlight in my face and asking me a bunch of questions that were really none of his business. I was coming home from a bar on St. Pat's, but I was an employee of that bar coming home from work and probably the only person coming home from a bar on St. Pat's who had any business behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. I'd knocked back a few Monsters throughout the day to keep me awake, but I had not consumed any alcohol. I got through the checkpoint with no problem, but GOOD GOD Was that ever nerve-wracking!

IMHO they are stressful but unfortunately it appears they’re useful because so many people still don’t understand driving impaired can really hurt or kill people. Reading The Patch (local paper for everyone here), there have been a fair number of fatalities locally this year. Drunk driver walks away to the courtroom, mother, father, brother, kids or any mixture of the bunch dies. Think we’ve had at least 10 deaths this year.

Yes, Troy is welcome inside the shop...

I fed him some celery from my lunch, which he happily gobbled up!
