Went to low cost exhaust to get custom y-pipe done for the second time in fairless hills they were closed for the holiday weekend. Went to the one in bensalem the FDB behind the counter told me what he was going to do to MY TRUCK after he dismissed what I wanted done. I've worked in exhaust shops for years when I was a kid just starting out automotive trade. Made hundreds of custom exhaust systems and custom y-pipes. Wish I had my own pipe bender I would just do it myself already.

 

nooooo I'm gonna try again at the fairless hill shop because loosenut and homer recommended them. I just figured since I was out and about i'd try bensalem shop.This is what I want I even ordered the pressed y-pipe to make it easier to be made.

 

If I strike out at the fairless hills shop again, has any one had this done and where?

 

Can't help you here in Levittown, haven't needed muffler work done in years.

I want to do this when the time comes. I may just have two of everything and not bother with the 'Y' connector if there is enough room.

That's where I had mine done. They seemed good to me. They got the truck on the lift and we all were able to talk about what I wanted. I showed them pictures of other reroutes. In and out in less than 2 hours.

 

Driving on street road in Warminster this morning saw a blue 2nd gen with a TW decal.
