Actual lid on hinges and those air shock things to help open it.
Want it to open from side to side.
The idea is in my head I'm just having trouble figuring out what to use.
I found a place that sells aluminum but I have to do it in 2 pieces. I can connect them to make it 1 piece but not sure if that is the way to go.
Also if I do that I'm assuming I can attach any RTT to that but I'm assuming:confused:

Looking for a fire pit. Apparently I can have a fire in philly, but with some regulations. Needs to have a screen over top to catch flying fire. Home depot has a couple, the one I was checking out is around 90$.

Anyone have any ideas for something else? Free or cheaper would be ideal. 55 gallon drum, expanded metal on top, home depot thing, those decorative landscape firepit rock things with that metal on top are some of the things I've thought of.

I want it to be as cheap as possible. I basically want to use it to burn all the scrap wood I'm taking out of my house rehab, while having a beer with a couple friends at night after I've put in a days work on this house.

Where do I find such a thing? How hard is it to remove if I see one out for garbage in philly? Better to take the whole thing home or can I take it out quickly and easily on the side of the street

Give me about a month I may have a free one for you with a screen. It was left at my new house and I want to build my own like I have now.
