    I was listening to WDEL the other morning (I work in DE) and they were saying that the state is looking for people to test a new mileage based tax system where a device plugs into your OBD2 port, tracks your mileage, and sends that data to the man to calculate your road tax. This is being proposed in place of the gas tax because apparently the state is losing too much money as cars are getting much more fuel efficient. They said Oregon already does this. I imagine it's right around the corner for PA as well. Any thoughts?
