    My work is mostly mental, unless something goes horribly wrong and I have to help the maintenance guys get something back up in operation.

    I'm one of the most experienced with putting our overhead 678 powered chains back on.. for some reason.

    Mine used to be like that (same job) but we've grown and filled out the maintenance department. My responsibilities are basically the IT systems anymore.

    Granted I still get to weld on occasion, which makes a nice change of pace.
