I don't think I could have chickens. Tons and tons of hawks around.

 

Funny story I just heard from a coworker -- I have to tell it quick before it falls out of my head. Her 3 year old daughter asks to go outside, mom says "not right now." Daughter says "is it because of the corona pirates?"

 

Finally doing some yard clean up!

 

If the Corona pirates are anything like the Pittsburgh pirates we definitely don't have to worry about losing to them.

We have 57 acres - used to be a horse farm so we have a barn and a separate building with 6 stables. All used for storage and keeping power tools at this point. About half of it is wooded and we have a .5 acre and a 2 acre pond. Lynn keeps talking about chickens, or goats or alpacas, or..... I don't want anything besides our two dogs that I have to worry about caring for on a daily basis. We have an apiary - that's enough work. I'm happy to lay by the pool and sit on the porch with the porch gun.
