That's about what we got. There is still a light misty snow falling, despite the weather people saying it would stop overnight here in the western part. The snow just won't go away.

Good morning all. Woke up this morning to about 2" of white crap on the driveway. Shoveled enough to get the truck out and go to work. Roads near me were mostly a slushy mess, still got to work on time. Ready for Spring to get here.

And, actually, we need to snow pack to ultimately melt and refill the water table. With the last few years we haven't been getting the snow or rain in enough amounts - our lake was too low to even reach the drain pipe for most of the summer and all of fall. As much as I hate the snow now, it will be good for us later.

I spent some time clearing the side of the driveway - pushed back the snow so I have room for the next big storm...that we might get next week.

    Morning folks :pccoffee:

It started snowing at work around 6pm last night, but the time I left at 11PM everything was covered, including the roads. Naturally there weren't many road crews out, so I was pretty much making my own tracks all the way from Maryland to my house in PA. Turned onto my street and it was all untouched. I normally can make it home in 40-45 minutes, this commute was 1 hr and 20 minutes . Slow and steady won the race. Didn't need 4wd, but I turned it on halfway up the mountain just to use it. Overall around 3"-4". They're calling for another potential storm Monday evening...

I just keep driving over it. My driveway is impassable to all but 4wd, and my brother's jeep didn't make it the first 4 tries.

Well I still have to clear off the vehicles, trailer and carport off but atleast I don't have to shovel 99% of the snow away now. Just picked this Cub Cadet Snowblower for $200, works perfect. Only thing I need to fix is the shoot angle adjuster, the plastic piece that connects the cable to the handle snapped. Easy fix.

I had a Honda HS55 Years ago with tracks and it dwarfed this thing. Sold it 4 years ago since we hadn't been getting really any snow to warrant keeping it. Wish I had it now. That thing was a monster.

We have a tracked HS28. It’s getting a workout this year. I’m going to have to be extra attentive to it come spring.

That sucks, not a good time for that to happen with the way the next week looks. Hope it's something simple and you can get back up and running

The easiest snow mower, change my mind. Although I never mow it I let it settle in, keeps unwanted visitors out the driveway.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!! We ended up with about 2" of light snow yesterday. Easy plow = if I leave it our hill turns to a sheet of ice with a turn in the middle. Later in the day, I pushed the snow mounds further back to make room for the next snowstorms. Tough year.

I have to make a quick trip into Scranton to pick up some food I ordered and then back home - t's Friday and I have to prep for Happy Hour!! :D

    Be safe out there!
