Not sure where abouts over there he is but the temps are rising here. Getting hotter the next couple days.

Don't want to know heat indexes here since we have way more forests and hills than Columbus.

Yea that was a pretty loud storm! Was interesting to see all the flashes of lightning across the fields, never seen that before! Power blinked for a split second during one of the lightning events. I needed that rain through as I just put down some triple 19 on the front lawn :D

Media fear mongering. Looks like PA will be in 70's-80's with maybe Friday in the 90's only. I like how PA is in "red" zone normally associated with "bad". Appears you need to be worried about pink zone. I do not look at TV I look out window or walk outside for forecast. Unless a snow storm, hurricane or nor'easter then I am glued. LOL

I've lived all over the country and drove OTR so I can attest to these numbers being true. I also have friends and family all over the country and they can back up these numbers from where they live. Not everything you see on t.v. is a "Hoax" or "fear mongering". But you believe what you want.

I mean I was not meaning to offend. I know it's true I know someone in Tennessee and it is hot. This is a PA thread though. You posted a picture and I was making fun of the map a little. I also do not need a map or TV to verify what I know by sweating my @ss off doing yard work the last two nights in PA. It had been a hot spring and I was hoping it would cool down a bit.

Just dragging the day out as much as possible today. And I got poured on this morning when the forecast said no rain go figure. The weatherman wrong again.

I'm currently looking for a new job. I can't handle this micro managing boss anymore. He's driving me insane. The am track job is out. So back on the job hunt.

We had a cool front come through so it was only 103 today. Hit 109 two times last week. The temps aren't that bad, it's the heat index that's a killer, the "feels like" temps get brutal.

LOL. Right now Bahrain but over past two weeks it was UAE and Oman. Humidity in Muscat was suffocating.

Yep lol. Feels like you're walking through an oven. It gets even better when the sand storms roll through and you're already covered in sweat ... then you're a sweaty sandy mess. It's awesome lol.

The sandstorms or even just blowing sand takes it to a whole other level in that heat.

2nd gen the Toyota ones seem to hold up well, 80K+ and the online dealers have good pricing.

I have 74k on my 3rd gen and they still have an alright amount left, inspection is next month so I'm planning on replacing soon, I'm a fan of upgrading when I can but the OEMs have been pretty good, eventually I would love to go BBK just cause, and a rear disk conversion.
