Got a question for y'all. On my way back to work about 15 minutes ago, I was in a long sweeping right turn and the wheel felt REALLY loose. It was normal when I got back within a certain range of steering.
Anyone have anything like this happen? Trying to figure out if something needs adjusted/replaced.

What do you mean, really loose?

    Did u check your lugs?

Maybe bearings, but you should hear some grinding if that's what it is.

When my bearings went I had plenty of noise, but no looseness

Tires....check the wear...you might be feeling the good tread on the outer part...or could be bad tire pressure, or choppy tire. Either way my wife complained about her car shaking at high speed. Had to wash the wheels four times with a pressure washer to get all the mud and dirt out...when things rotate it doesn't take much.

Tire pressure is good and wear is what I'd expect. They're a bit out of balance but I'll definitely check if I got dirt stuck anywhere. Had another look at everything and @Urineovrurhead mentioned I might've killed my LCA bushing. http://imgur.com/a/YsMnu

Wouldn't you get some more banging, if it was the LCA bushing?

I get a loud thunk when reversing to the passenger side and through certain turns. My uppers are poly so if this is the excuse I need to go poly then so be it...
I'll check it out more in a sec, about to leave work.

Thanks y'all! Always helps to have people to bounce things off of. :hattip:

Looking for light wheeling spots/stare forrest roads in NE PA. I'm right by lake walenpaupack and want to find something close just to play around in without a big concern for damage or getting stuck. If I'm alone I won't go in to something I'm sure I can't get through . I have a 17 taco I don't want to f up to bad.

I'v gone through my maps and google maps to look for state forrest roads. Most of what I get to has a gate. I have a grinder but its really only for getting out.[joke] Not sure how sarcasm works on here. No, really I'm not breaking in but I will break out.

I'm in for Rausch at some point. I got no skids or sliders yet. My first mods after watching this forum for 6 yrs. Everytime I google any questions about my trucks Tacoma World is the first thing to come up.

So I finally joined so I could sell my cap and have to make 50 post. It is good.

PM me if you don't want to disclose locations publicly

    thanks

Back in the day Wayne and Pike County had more dirt roads then paved.

But with Interstate 84 being built that area built up so fast

I was up that way a few months ago I could not believe how much things changed.

Then with the way people are so fast to bring Law suits for running into trees minding there own business no wonder things are chained and gates locked
