I'll have to let ya know next week. I had some family come down that I didn't expect and they'll be staying till the new year. But if I can I'll will let ya know by Wednesday or Thursday if I'll make it to town.

Maybe we can go before the UFC match? I haven't been to Eglin yet, I've really wanted to go though

 

would the 30th or 31st be viable? those are my next actual days off, but if you guys wanted to do an Eglin run, im free until 2pm on the 28th, got work that day

if you wanted to do that, what time did you want to meet up? and where? because I normally start getting ready at 12:30-ish because I have to be at work at 1:30ish

for the 28th id be down for an eglin run. how bad is it there? ive got armor all around except for a skid plate. somebody thought mine looked pretty good apparently but if its not too bad i wouldnt be against just gettin out for a while

 

theres a bunch of good spots on the ranges at Eglin, ive only been to a few, but ive turned around on some really good lookin wheelin spots because im not 4x4 nor was I with anyone

and 7-8 sounds good to me, where would you guys want to meet at?

hey kriscross, are you stationed on NAS? Ive seen a truck with tubes integrated into the bumper on a truck here and never seen that before

 

Has anyone tried the Michelin LTX M/S2s on our sandy back roads? I'm about to pull the trigger on a new set.

 

That would be me. They came in handy back in Oregon when I was going rock crawling all the time. I don't imagine I'll need them much down here though but we shall see.

sounds good. Ive never been there and have always wanted to go. I live around NAS. would anyone want to meet up around NAS and let me follow u out there? also im a civilian so i hope that wont get in the way of me getting onto EAFB.

 

Yeah it looks good and its pretty unique. Ive got that silver stepside that runs around with the big ass tire hangin off the back end with Virginia tags.

 

You are welcome to follow along with me. Ive never been there before though. As far as getting on base, I have seen civilians do it all the time on Quantico and here, but they have the museum here. i can't imagine its too difficult though

I put together a Pensacola meet thread for this event and we can use for future meetups as well. I'll add everyone that is going from this thread. I'll add a map if I can find a good one and figure out a good meetup location. Alfuh, can you let me know where the beginning of the trails are?
