I've cleaned it quite a few times. Used MAF spray from auto part store. No luck :(

Try dipping it in water. I heard that will "reset" the electrodes. Other than that, maybe a wire got frayed or something? What exactly does the code read?

Speed-I had that one before. I had a exhaust leak from a loose bolt on my header. Right now I have that damn 300 code.

Funny you say that. I had an exhaust leak as well where the manifold met the exhaust. Two of the three nuts had fallen off. Got it "fixed". It is now leaking again about 100 miles later.
Has that exhaust leak rattle sound.

Did the code clear after you got it fixed?

    Code reads:
Read out that was printed from Autopart store states:
    Air/Fuel mixture
    System Lean Bank 1

    Probable causes:
    Low fuel pressure
    Faulty MAF sensor
    Cylinder Misfire
    Faulty 02 Sensor
    Large Vacuum leak

The Cat and EVA parts were blinking. I assume the Cat refers to the catalytic convertor, but what does EVA stand for?

Speed- Yes it did. I think my 300 code is a bad injector.

I went out the the Eglin range today and pretty sure I found the same hole!

I am drying out my carpet now, hopefully I won't have to replace.

where at near Eglin are ya at?

hahaha yikes, yes...that does look like that same hole. How many times do I have to say it..."be careful, its deep" those holes are very deceiving...very, theres another one to the right at that intersection down the road a bit at that red sign saying something about authorization or something
    [IMG]

only reason I knew about...was because I came to this trail when it was extremely dry and there was no water anywhere, so all the holes were dried up. thats where I got stuck at the first time, I was on the other side of the hole

I live in Niceville and work at Eglin, I think I have seen your truck parked across the street from the chow hall a few times in the morning.

This was my first time going out to the range, I just wanted to go see something new. I had my wife and kids so wasnt trying to do anything crazy!

I pulled out the interior and dried the carpet looks good as new!!

oh cool, maybe sometime we can go cruise around the trails or somethin. ya I used to park across the street from the chow hall in the dorm parking lot, now i park in the EOD school building parking lot since its closer to my building. I may have seen your truck rollin around here on eglin...there are so many dam Tacomas drivin around on this base lol.

hehe I see, first time I went out to the ranges, I broke my sway bar link lol, I dont run it anymore. Now that im used to not having it on, I actually like how much the truck rolls while turning. Couple things that I have learned while wheelin on the ranges, 1) Dont go alone, and 2)Have a big stick with you, so you can see how deep some spots are. Especially with that big a$$ hole you came across :p

thats good, at least it came out all clean, unlike KrissKross's interior, he had to gut the entire thing out from how much mud came in when he flooded out during that meet.

Yeah we need to do that sometime I want to explore out there some more.

I ended up pulling out the interior and pulling the carpet out and hanging it up with fans on it. I didnt get stuck as bad as KrissKross, but the passenger side got 4-5 inches of water. Looks brand new now I got lucky though! :D

theres some really nice trails that are out there, even just to go explorin on, only issue is me being 2wd and I dont have a winch, a lot of places are no-go's lol. if you dont mind me askin, where do you work at on Eglin?

uhh ya lol, good thing you didnt go like 2 feet more forwards or you front end would have been nearly submerged, which would have been bad. luckily you got your carpets cleaned up though :p

speaking of interior, hey kriss, have you got your new murdered interior yet?
