Usually a trick to get you into the dealership and into a new vehicle. They tried pulling that stuff on me. Waiting for the parts department, salesman walks in saying, "We are low on used cars and are willing to buy yours today!".

They know if they buy yours, you're going to have to buy a new car.

Agreed. At least once a year I get a letter in the mail offering to buy my 07 FJ at top dollar due to extreme need for this model vehicle. LOL I've been tempted to go and troll them but I don't think they would pay me what it would take to get it from me.

Unfortunately they won't be on till next weekend probably. Someone forgot to put the order in until closing last night so they weren't loaded on to the truck. And I don't think I will have any time this week to get there before the store closes after I get off

Well I won't be done with class until 4/4:30. Those brake lines can be a bitch too. I ended up having to get new metal tubing as well and use a flaring tool to make new ones. I also got a lot of help doing mine and was the one operating the brakes when we were bleeding them. Why don't you price it out at some local auto shops and see if they can't knock it out for a decent price. Then if it's too much we can figure out a time to do it over here.

Yea sorry. Wish I could help you out again. It might be better to have a shop do it anyway. Less chance of us f-ing it up.
